I’m Ava, a 19-year-old esthetician with a passion for helping you feel like the best version of yourself — inside, outside, and everywhere in between. When I’m not in the treatment room, you can usually find me practicing jiujitsu, cooking something new, or spending time with my dogs, who inspired so much of who I am and what Bowdocks represents. The name Bowdocks came from my dog Bodhi and is my feminine twist on “boondocks.” Even the bow in my logo mirrors the shape of his head and ears. And if you look closely, you’ll notice a little dent on one side of the bow… that’s intentional. Bodhi was diagnosed with a trigeminal nerve sheath tumor, and that tiny imperfection represents his strength, his journey, and the love that built this entire brand. He’s doing better than ever now, and that resilience is carried into the energy of my space. In my treatment room, I pour my whole heart into waxing, spray tans, and the kinds of facials that shift your mindset and reset your soul. I don’t just work on skin — I hold space for you. I care about your confidence, your comfort, and the version of yourself you’re becoming. Bowdocks Esthetics is a place rooted in compassion, intention, and real connection. I’m here for you, inside and out, and I would love nothing more than to take care of you!

Cancellation Policy

- Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% missed appointment fee. - Cancellations made within 1 hour of your appointment time, or failure to show up to your appointment, will result in 100% of the service total being charged. -A 15 min Grace period is allotted, 16 minutes after your assigned appointment time I will have to turn you away and charge accordingly! I completely understand that emergencies happen. If you are sick or there is inclement weather, please cancel as soon as you know. If you have been sick for several days or are already aware severe weather is expected, and still cancel within the 24 hour window, the standard cancellation fee will apply. However, if there is a sudden illness or unexpected weather event within the 24 hour period, the fee may be forgiven if you choose to reschedule your appointment. If you decide not to reschedule, a 25% fee of the service total may still apply. Please also keep in mind that my 24 hour cancellation policy still applies regardless of my operating hours. For example, if you cancel on a Sunday while I am out of office, the policy will still be enforced if your appointment falls within that 24 hour window. My inability to respond immediately after hours does not waive the cancellation policy. All cancellation fees are determined at the provider’s discretion based on the circumstances.
